Named for Persephone, the Greek goddess of spring, this wine embodies her vibrant, floral nature. Like Persephone's connection to the earth, this wine's nuanced character developed during a slow, natural, low-temperature fermentation in neutral French oak barrels. The result is a crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with a refined balance of bright citrus and subtle complexity. Experience an intricate blend of fresh lemon zest, ripe grapefruit, guava, stone fruit, and delicate white peach that leads to a soft, round finish.
